The outdoor space provides private vistas of Shenandoah, moonlit nights, star gazing, "Mind Blowing" soaking tub or taking in the beautiful scenery while enjoying a relaxing shower in our all cedar shower room.

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

The deck off the master bedroom offers tranquil views of the horse farm. Additionally, this rental includes a private yard with a charcoal grill and picnic table to relax and cook dinner. The Artist's Cottage, a newly renovated early 1900s cottage, is nestled in a secluded garden right in the center of the village of The Plains. Excellent restaurants, a coffee shop, and art galleries are just around the corner. The Plains and nearby Middleburg are the center for equestrian events and vineyards in Northern Virginia. The cottage and garden offer guests a relaxing respite. Every detail has been considered with comfort, cleanliness and charm in mind.

The Alton Cottage -a luxury country retreat

The Alton Cottage is a charming, newly refurbished 1820s guest house- formerly a summer kitchen to the original farm house. Views are of rolling fields and their bovine occupants. We are within 30 minutes of almost 20 wineries and another 20 breweries, 5 min to Airlie, and only 5 mi to Old Town Warrenton. We are also close to several antique stores, farmers markets and Shenandoah National Park. We strive to make every guests stay special.
