It's a ten minute walk to our historic downtown, offering unique shops, galleries and creative places to eat and drink. Sunset Point Park is closeby and a network of more than sixty trails is one block away. We are a ten minute drive to Blue Mountain where adventure awaits.

This great 2-storey beach house is located beside a provincial park entrance with biking/walking trails. In summer enjoy the bars & shops of Beach Area 1. Kids love the Elmvale Zoo & Rounds Ranch - just minutes away. Blue Mountain offers excellent winter skiing, unique shops & restaurants. The more adventurous might explore the Scenic Caves of Collingwood or hanging bridge. Relax with family & friends at a crackling campfire or in the 7 person year round hot tub. 2 bedroom beachfront apartment

Lovely suite with its own 3 piece bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Has its own deck, barbecue and entranceway overlooking the sandy shores of Georgian Bay. Steps to go swimming, kayaking or a sunset stroll. Parking available. No pets. Between June 30th - September 1st the apartment can only be rented by the week (check in & check out on Saturdays only). Outside of these dates, we are happy to host visitors with a minimum 1 night stay, check in/out any day of the week.

Our cozy studio is located at the base of Blue Mountain at the North chair lift, with ski in / ski out access. Perfect for 2 or a couple with small children, this newly renovated Studio has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sofa bed; fully stocked kitchen, electric fireplace and flat screen T.V. Only 1 km from the Village with many restaurants, shopping and activities. Enjoy a short trip to the Scandinavia Spa or many close by beaches. Blue Mountain is a great place for the whole family to enjoy.

Modern cottage w/ hot tub, 2m walk to the beach

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful hideaway. We have a beautiful river in the backyard and a sandy beach fire pit. It's a minute walk to the beach across the street. It's also 30min away from the Blue Mountain resort. Please note that it’s a downstairs separate guest suite includes kitchen, living room and bedrooms. You’ll have full privacy and the use of the entire backyard, hot tub, bbq and fire pit. My family and I live in the upstairs unit, you may see us in the main driveway.

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

House is in a prime location approximately 10 minute drive to blue mountain, 20 minutes to Thornbury and 15 minute drive to Wasaga beach. Big fenced in backyard for fires, horse shoes or whatever you would like, plenty of parking ( 4 car maximum)
