Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

Sunsets in the West is located in West Warrnambool - just a few minute drive from the town centre, the beach and most other local attractions. The house was built in the 60’s and has been a renovation project of ours for a few years now. It’s a cosy 3 bedroom home that would suit a family on a seaside holiday, a group of friends travelling the Great Ocean Road or perhaps someone needing short term accommodation in town for work reasons.
