With views of the Green Mountains, you will be a short drive away from quaint towns, skiing, breweries, hiking, and swimming. On the property, enjoy the fresh mountain air, changing leaves, and local flora and fauna. In summer, cool off after a hike or bike in the shared pool. In winter, you're 15 minutes to Mad River Glen and 30 to Sugarbush Ski Resort.

Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

Grab your gear from the ski locker, step outside, and set sail to the lifts. Make "Jack S'Bearo" your pirate's cove, where adventure meets comfort!

Bridges condo at Sugarbush

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo near the base of Sugarbush! Shared community amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, game room, sauna and fire pits. This is a lower level unit with a balcony and view of Lincoln Peak at Sugarbush. Much of the condo was renovated in fall 2023, with all new floors, paint, appliances and furniture. The Bridges is a short shuttle ride or drive from Lincoln Peak at Sugarbush.

The Resort features two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, hot tub, indoor and outdoor clay and Har-Tru tennis and Pickleball courts, updated fitness center, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, badminton and children's playground. Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

We are located in the hills of central VT, close to good hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Relax by the living pool, unwind in the traditional sauna, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.
