My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Perfekt, um das pulsierende Berliner Leben zu erleben – in der Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Clubs, Restaurants, Cafés und Spätis. Die 87qm große Wohnung bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre und eine hervorragende Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Room with a view in Prenzlauer Berg

I am offering a room, part of my flat, on the 5th floor (bathroom, without kitchen, own entrance, no lift). The room is quiet and has a great view of the Fernsehturm. The flat is opposite Volkspark Friedrichshain and located between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. The access to public transportation is excellent. Alexanderplatz can be reached in less than 15 minutes. I moved to Berlin several years ago and would be happy to share my own tips for your trip in Berlin.

Få enkel åtkomst till allt från detta perfekt belägna boende. Närmaste tunnelbana är Schillingstrasse 3 minuters gångväg från boendet. Linje U5 är där som går direkt till Brandenburger Tor och Hauptbahnhof. Alexa shopping galleria ligger 5-10 minuters gångväg därifrån. Mysiga Hackescher Markt och Prenzlauer Berg nås lätt med spårvagn från Alexanderplatz. Partyområden som Friedrichshain och Kreuzberg ligger också 10-15 minuter med kommunaltrafik från lägenheten.

A perfect little space to explore Berlin from! Located in the charming and lovely Prenzlauerberg neighborhood, it's kid-friendly, centrally-located and has amazing restaurants. No partying & no guests (unless you let me know about guests) in the apartment though – I live next door so please respect that. And anyway there's a million places to party in Berlin! ;)

Cosy bright and new renovated 1-Room Apartment with Balcony and separate Kitchen at Bötzow Viertel only 15 Min. from Alexanderplatz. Tram Stations with great connection, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Boutiques in walking distance around the corner. You will find a new large Rewe Supermarket in the Building next to my apartment which is open till 10 pm.
