Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!
