The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

L’appartamento si trova nel Borgo di Vezzano Ligure (basso). Vezzano è un borgo medievale, è pedonale e le auto devono essere lasciate al parcheggio pubblico fuori dal centro abitato. Il borgo è tranquillo, ha 2 bar, 2 tabacchini, e 2 alimentari. E' presente una pizzeria, dove si può mangiare un ottima pizza, focaccia, farinata ed eccezionale carne. Per chi è senza mezzi di trasporto non è ottimale. l'autobus effettua poche corse. Consiglio, eventualmente, il noleggio almeno di uno scooter.

You can easily reach touristic attractions such as Lerici (12km), Tellaro (15 km) , Sarzana (12 km), Portovenere (28km) and the central train station in La Spezia (14 km) where trains to 5 Terre leave. You can also easily reach Tuscany and its beautiful towns: Lucca, Pisa.
