Accurate restoration works, recently concluded, have made this house a modern and welcoming, functional and simple place, with all the comforts that a traveler needs. Recovered with passion and enthusiasm, while respecting its original structure, Al Pozzo di Luce combines elements of Venetian tradition and modernity, hosts recovered objects which found new life, and other specially created by Venetian artists. Al Pozzo di Luce is the ideal place for a romantic trip, leisure or work. In a quiet and strategic position, just a short walk from what was the studio of Titian, allows you to quickly reach the train station or the airport. With a walk of 15 minutes you are immersed in the heart of San Marco Square or the Rialto bridge and the water buses, 2 minutes away, reach the main islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello …). The B&B has a breakfast room and 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-fi, mini bar, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. The owners are happy to welcome you and give you all the advice you need to make precious your stay in Venice. Upon arrival you will be given a map of the area surrounding the B&B where the main points of interest are reported: places to visit, shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants where you can savor the delicious Venetian cuisine.

Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.

A soli 15 minuti dall'uscita Affi dell'autostrada del Brennero. Un particolare riguardo a persone "LGTB" per le quali ho un grande rispetto e simpatia.

Ca' Malcanton is a Venetian palazzetto located on a canal. It is homely, tastefully furnished with artworks and antiques including modern facilities such as AC. The palazzetto is also lived in by the owner who is happy to share the common parts of the house with guests. Kitchen facilites are not included. A private double bedroom with ensuite bathroom for one or two guests. Self service breakfast is provided daily from 8.30am. Guests are welcome to use also a salon and courtyard garden.

La nostra casa è immersa nella campagna a pochi chilometri dalla città di Este. Era un antico fabbricato agricolo che abbiamo restaurato nei primi anni 2000. Il nostro sogno era di vivere in campagna. Siamo una coppia di restauratori e per ristrutturare la nostra casa abbiamo pensato di trascurare per più di un anno il nostro lavoro. Abbiamo fatto tutto noi dalle superfici agli arredamenti.
