Though I've studied pastry art, worked for a chocolatier in Germany and took a chocolate course at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, I never had any interest in becoming a pastry chef. My real talent lies in discovering delicious treats and excitedly sharing them with others who will enjoy them too!
