It is important to mention that the manager should have asked the client about his/her preference gender of the masseur before confirming the appointment and paying to avoid the negative surprises and waste of time afterwards that I had to go through.
This is an intimate aspect of the massage and no one should be feeling uncomfortable on both sides.
