Overall our stay was very pleasant. The location and views are beautiful.

This condo has a common layout for many of the condos in the Mammoth area- that is, smaller areas, split into 3 stories. If you have bad knees you might want to reconsider this property. That being said, the property was in great shape; there were tv's located in all the bedrooms, including the loft and "living room". Each room had it's own bathroom which was great, plus on the main floor there was another bathroom, and they all had showers. The kitchen was all electric and was well-stocked with nice nonstick pans, utensils (spatulas, eetc.) and silverwear- all pretty good quality. In addition, there were many spices and condiments; probably the most stocked we have stayed at in Mammoth. The beds were above average in terms of comfort, though in the lower bedrooms they were sagging some. Overall it was convenient and clean and I would recommend it for two to three couples or individuals; probably not a first choice if you have a larger family. I would surely stay here again.
