Enjoy being right in the heart of nature. The swimming spot on the Regen River is just 5 minutes away. The nature-protected slopes of the Regen Valley and the mid-mountain landscape invites for walks, hikes, biking. And yet, the city of Regensburg is only 36 minutes. The house is next to a few other tiny houses and regular homes, right by the cemetery and the village church (bells are audible). The access road ends just past the house. It has electric heating and is fully connected to utilities.

Das Haus mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 240 qm liegt direkt an der Donau und am Donauradwanderweg Ulm - Wien in einem ca. 3.000 qm großen Grundstück mitten in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. In einem ca. 250 qm großen terrassenförmigen ehemaligen Biergarten mit Grillplatz spenden alte Kastanien und Linden natürlichen Schatten.

Ein liebevoll eingerichteter Bungalow ladet zu einem unvergesslichem Urlaub ein. Der Murner See ca. 300 m, sowie der direkt anliegende Brückelsee mit privatem Sandtrand bieten viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.Der Whirlpool vor der Terrasse kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 30,00 € pro Nacht aber mindestens 90,00 € dazugebucht werden. Die Minigolfanlage, der Campingplatz und das Restaurant Villa Seerano, sowie die nur 1 km entfernte GoKart-Bahn sind im Wackersdorfer Feriengebiet unsere Hauptattraktion.

You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.
