Via Hwy 99, 7 min to Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal, 25 min to Cypress Mt, Grouse Mt & Capilano Suspension Bridge, 35 min to downtown. Many hiking trails, Whyte Lake and Eagle Harbour Beach nearby.

Ten min drive from YVR airport (40 min by public transit) and 2 blocks away from direct public bus to downtown Van (about 40 minute ride). Nearby is the Arbutus Green Way for the avid cyclist/pedestrian walker.

The Old Yoga Studio

My husband and I recreated my former yoga studio within our family home, thoughtfully reusing and repurposing materials wherever possible. The long, open space with reclaimed hardwood floors leads to a deck at the edge of the Princess Park forest, with a salmon creek running to the west. Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away. Slow down and take it easy at this unique, tranquil retreat.
