MacLeod House Guest Cottage-Nature lovers' getaway

MacLeod House Guest Cottage is a self-contained stone cottage nestled on the edge of the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. The open plan accommodation is decorated in an Edwardian style but with all the modern conveniences you might require. The cottage overlooks the magnificent Krantzkloof gorge. There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. Our wooden cabin over the lake offers a cozy and comfortable stay, with stunning views over the lake and the forests around the property. Enjoy the bird life of which there are a few species. You can enjoy the tranquility, or fish from the deck, or explore the nearby attractions. The cabin is self catering, semi off-grid equipped with a gas geyser supplying hot water to the shower, and we have an ensuite septic based toilet.
