This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. The Coach House is situated in a peaceful area of Swanage within a few minutes walk of the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the iconic steam train. A purpose built, fully equipped home from home, providing all you need for a relaxing holiday or short break. It’s a great base to explore Swanage and Purbeck and perfectly placed for cliff walks or leisurely days on the beach The bus stop at the bottom of the road (2 mins walk) connects you to Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

Home to Swanage carnival and music festivals. It is perfect for access to the stunning Jurassic coast. We have a good selection of toys and books for the children and we are dog friendly.

Our guest house is located next to our own home, it is self-contained and has its own entrance. It has a living space, a bedroom, en suite shower room, kitchenette area and private decking. The decking is northerly facing and looks out over fields, hills and the Swanage steam railway track which only 10 metres away! Guests will see steam trains and diesels going past in daylight hours. The guest home is cosy and practical and suitable for up to 4 adults or families with up to 2 children.

Lovely 3 bedroom detached house, minutes walk from the beach Located on the north side of Swanage, so just a short walk along the beach promenade to get to the main shops My family are originally from Swanage many generations ago & my great grandparents had the house built in the 1930's & has been kept in the family ever since, so the house is very special to us The house benefits from a large garden to the front, side & rear. Please note, the guests will need bring their own towels.
