The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Just minutes away from the charming town of Silver City, NM. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is also a full size hide-a-bed in the living room.

At the base of Boston Hill (a mile square conservation land with beautiful trails and views, we’re a short walk away from WNMU and it’s Mimbres pottery museum and saltwater pool.
