Hastings boat ramp only 3 Klm, Great fishing on western port bay. If you prefer port Phillip bay it's only 20 mins away. The space The unit has a full kitchen with electric hot plates, microwave and fridge/ freezer. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry with front loader washing machine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard space. Large lounge dinning area with a double pull out sofa bed. It is well insulated with heating and cooling and has a great outdoors area with BBQ

The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 55 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.
