Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, met aanvullende kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust.

Deze woonboerderij is voorzien van CV, Airco, Vaatwasser, Combi oven, Koffie apparaat, Grote eigen tuin met lounge set en BBQ voorziening, Interactieve TV met Netflix, Snelle WIFI, Bed en badtextiel en rituals producten, ruime badkamer met wasmachine, 2 slaapkamers en grote woonkamer met slaapbank. 1 of 2 elektrische fietsen voor 15,-/dag en 1 of 2 electro fatbikes voor 30,-/ dag. Ligging in het groen tussen Herikerberg en borkeld / friezenberg. Wandelen / fietsen mountainbikeroute op 100 mtr.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Fijne plek aan de rand van het bos en bij dorp!

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzolder met 2 bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum en station is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Gezellig huisje, dicht bij zandverstuiving

Deze unieke woning is onder architectonisch ontwerp en begeleiding gebouwd. Landelijk gelegen aan de rand van bos en zandverstuiving. Het Veluwemeer is op fietsafstand. Cultuur en culinair belevenissen zijn er volop in de omgeving. Beneden is alles gelijkvloers. Mensen met een lichamelijke handicap zijn ook welkom. (Hulp van de host, is mogelijk obv beschikbaarheid. Hij is verpleegkundige) Huisdieren niet toegestaan (uitgezonderd hulphonden). Geen feesten! Niet roken in huis.

Our holiday home is located in a forested area along a quiet sandy road. The house offers beautiful views in every direction. Depending on the season, you may spot wildlife passing by or enjoy watching the cows grazing in the surrounding meadows. This is the perfect spot for those seeking rare peace, silence, and unspoiled nature. The Tubbergen and Dinkelland region is well known for its scenic cycling and hiking routes.

Cozy cottage in nature & privacy, with hottub

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.

Typisch Frans - met privésauna

Een vrijstaande stenen huisje met besloten tuin en uitzicht op het coulisselandschap van de Achterhoek. De woonkamer is door de vele ramen heel licht en ruim. Het heeft ook een houtkachel zodat je je op koude avonden, lekker kunt warmen bij de kachel en uiteraard in de sauna. Onze paarden lopen in de wei voor het tuintje ook lopen onze kippen los door de tuin.

Landelijke luxe vakantiewoning in Groenlo

Sfeervolle en luxe verblijf in een woonboerderij aan de rand van de vestingstad Groenlo, 3 minuten verwijderd van het station. Het is een landelijke vakantiewoning van alle gemakken voorzien, rustig gelegen naast een wijngaard. In de omgeving bossen en vele wandel- en fietspaden. Restaurants, supermarkten en winkels allemaal binnen 5 autominuten bereikbaar.
