Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

The Hat's Hut - a cosy wooden self-contained hut

The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife, it has a 4ft5 by 5ft8 bed with a wall at each end. We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
