Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

The small terrace in front of the apartement is perfect for relaxing breakfasts with the sound of waves hitting the shore and dinners with stunning views of the sun setting behind the surrounding islands. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
