The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley. Bwthyn-y-Gorwel is a pretty detached cottage which has been lovingly converted from a 19th century stone milking parlour. It has an open plan living and kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beams. The full kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay, the bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed (see reviews) and fast Wi-Fi helps you work & play. You will be surrounded by glorious countryside and within easy reach of the Coastal Path and many beatiful beaches.

The cosy cottage - Clydfan

Clydfan (means 'cosy cottage' in Welsh) is one of two south-facing former quarryman's cottages looking toward the Preseli mountains. Originally two-up-two-down, the cottage was extended to the west in the 1970s for a kitchen and bathroom to be added and the two downstairs rooms are now a tiled through lounge. It's small, but set in a large garden; part wild and part lawned, so plenty of places to hide in. Footpaths lead to the slate quarries and to Glogue.
