The 1088 interior sq. ft. open floor plan is downright cozy with 2-bedrooms & 2-full bathrooms & 2 porches. Ask about fresh eggs from our farm!

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

Large shower w/ rain shower head. Dresser & Garment rack in a light filled space w/ vaulted ceilings with a private screen porch. WiFi and free cable tv. 5-10 min walk to restaurants, shops, hiking paths, and weekly farmer's market. Free bus line CW picks up in front of the house making UNC and downtown Chapel Hill within mins.

Lakefront Cottage w/ great view and use of dock

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

We have a mix of vintage and modern furnishings to keep you comfortable, so come and enjoy your stay at Park Street Cottage! PS- I have a nice, twin air mattress for a 3rd guest, if interested.

By the front door, is a small patio with vintage lawn furniture (seats 4) and a coffee table. Rates are TRIPLE OCCUPANCY An additional $20/ person/night applies. Pet friendly w/ pet fee.

The Cozy cottage is an adorable cottage in ITB! It’s bright and airy and perfect for any kind of stay whether you need to work from home at the desk or you need to hit the town. Close to downtown, five points, Glenwood south, the colleges, airport and RTP its super convenient and pet friendly! Hardwoods throughout, comfy beds, linens and toiletries are provided and entertaining in the fully stocked kitchen or relaxing by the fire pit, make this a great little cozy place to stay!

Cozy Hyco Lake Cottage

This is a quiet secluded Hyco Lake cottage located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. It's a one bedroom, one bath cottage that opens to a front deck overlooking the lake. You may also use the screened-in porch and lower concrete patio of the main house during your stay. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats are allowed at the dock. We have two kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.
