For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The Old Forge is a delightful semi-detached cottage. The cottage is set in the peaceful village of Brome, in the Suffolk countryside on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The Old Forge has its own private garden and parking for two cars. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and two are on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin single beds. Bedroom three is ground floor also with a kingsize. The ground floor offers a kitchen/diner, bathroom, lounge and storage.
