This traditional European butcher has way too many varieties of meat for me to ever try them all. They have things that you’d think of, like salami, pork, and lamb, but Old World-style, carefully supervised over coal- and wood-fired ovens with no preservatives. Check in the back for ready-to-eat pieces of meat like salami, pork, and lamb. The pork cracklings, aka jumari, are crispy, savory, and juicy. Only get a small bag, because you will eat the whole thing within an hour.

Muncan is an amazing guy who has some amazing cured meats. Eastern Europeans and Americans flock here. Be prepared for a line and fun sampling. (I guess it's technically not "secret," but a lot of locals go here).
