With a tavern-style taproom in the Solar Arts Building, it’s brick and railroad that define their heart of the city aesthetic while the beers are bold, hoppy, and sometimes sour. Day Tripper is a bitter pale ale that’s surprisingly only 45 IBU and the Wooden Soul sour series continues to showcase a different side to their beers. The feel inside is fun and vibrant, with a working class and historic bent. Classic, but looking forward, just like their beers.

Best overall beers and spot to post up to play games is Indeed Brewing Company. Plan ahead and book a free taproom tour (60-75 minutes long, reservations required, must be 21, etc) Indeed usually has a food truck there, so check that calendar before you go!
