About an 11 mile hike to get to the top of this Forest Lookout Station; leave in the morning and take plenty of water.

Butler Peak Trail is a 10 mile near Big Bear City, that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, running, mountain biking, and backpacking and is best used from April until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
