You are allowed 14 free guest visits if you plan to keep up with your workout routine. We'll leave you our parking passes so you can get close to the door or in the garage. You can take the kids and they can play in the kids gym.

www.ymcamidtn.org/downtown One of the best gyms I've been to. Great facilities, locker rooms, and group exercise classes. Excellent childcare as well.
