One of Seattle's best breakfast & brunch spots, with huge ties to sustainable & organic farming/food. They have a pancake/waffle toppings bar that you'll go ga-ga for! Super healthy options like buckwheat pancakes & vegan plates.

The breakfasts are delicious and the variety Is nice. Lots of fresh fruit and whipped cream for the waffles, pancakes and French toast. Plenty of egg dishes as well. There are several locations depending on where you want to land. South lake union, Roosevelt and Ballard.
