For a piece of architectural splendour and something just a little bit different, pay a visit to Europe’s first traditional Hindu temple. This outstanding building is open to everyone and you can discover the intricate carved details of the temple and learn more about the Hindu faith. There is also an authentic Indian restaurant serving vegetarian cuisine.

A grand hindu temple in North London which can be a tad strict but many would enjoy this attraction which is a large building with celebrated Gods within, plus attractive Gardens.

BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir is a Hindu temple in Neasden, London, England. Built entirely using traditional methods and materials, the Swaminarayan mandir has been described as being Britain's first authentic Hindu temple. The building is absolutely stunning inside and out. You don't have to be a Hindu to enter. You can go there for a free tour and participate in one of the ceremonies if you like. They are very welcoming of new visitors.
