The best steak I've ever had. I recommend one of the American Wagyu steaks. Start with their beef tartare, and the bone marrow flan. For the financially adventurous, they also have Japanese Wagyu. Save time for wandering around Beverly Hills to people-watch and check out the insane cars people are parking nearby! Before or after dinner, walk down the street to Bouchon, and have a beer or a fine scotch at their pewter bar, imported from France.
