It may not look like much.......but "Landhuis Knip" has played a pivotal role in the slave insurgent and the subsequent abolition of slavery by the Dutch Kingdom. Being the place where Tula told Father Jacobus Schink "Zij hebben ons erg slecht behandeld. Wij willen niemand kwaad doen maar wij willen vrijheid." (They have treated us very bad. We don't want to harm nobody but we do want to be free) it's a place to learn about our past and hopefully, our future.
