Miles of hiking or biking. River access. Zip lines. And there's a shortcut to the Hyatt Resort from the trails - if you feel like popping in to walk around or grab a bite at one of their restaurants.

McKinney Roughs is a day use park where visitors can explore close to 18 miles of trails by foot or 12 miles on horseback (bring your own horse). The park offers many community programs as well. At the Visitors Center, pay your entrance fee and get the latest trail information.

Such a lovely hike that's not popular. Our favorite within a 30 minute drive.
