A beautiful nature reserve with resident flamingos amongst other birds, beautiful pink lakes and sand dunes edged with miles of rustic beaches. The San Pedro marina is lined with restaurants too a great day out

These salt lakes are a large nature reserve very popular for diverse bird life there. Pink flamingos can be seen wading close to the road/cycle track. If you continue all the way up the road you will find the marina and Playa de La Llana. Here there are many restaurants and bars surrounding the boats in the marina. Playa de La Llana is a beach on the Mediterranean sea, so expect more waves than in Mar Menor.
