Sheldrake Point Winery is located on the western shore of Cayuga Lake, where you'll find a beautiful, inviting space with friendly staff eager to share their knowledge of wine with you. Accessible by car or boat (up to 35'), the tasting room is a 25-minute drive north of downtown Ithaca. Sheldrake Point's wine portfolio ranges from dry, classic and reserve wines to scrumptious late harvest and ice wines, all from estate grown vinifera grapes. Open daily from 12-5pm, and wine tastings available Thursday-Monday from 12-4pm. Make a reservation through their website, or by calling the tasting room. Walk-ins are welcome.

Pastoral location on the lake with fine dining and an attached vineyard. Great seafood.

Beautiful ambiance, lots of outdoor space, dog friendly, and they have a large selection of wine ( our favorite is their Resieling and Muscat Ottonel). Sheldrake has a boat dock, so you can stop by the winery if you are spending the day on Cayuga lake. If you are not on a boat, the boat dock is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and dip your toes into the water.
