The best coffee / donut combination in the city. 49th Parallel roasts the only beans you'll want in your coffee, and Lucky's are the best donuts to put in your tummy.

The perfect coffee shop that has a built in donut shop! A really nice casual environment too. A 20 minute walk.

Okay, it is next to Purdy's (chocolates) and they sell doughnuts...think like NYC donuts....and after you may think you should walk down to the beach and then back up the hill..... just sayin'
