Delish fancy eggs, great coffee, special pastries. It's right on the bike path. Cafes like this made the media declare the youth of Melbourne couldn't afford to buy houses because they spend too much on smashed avocado. Open for breakfast and lunch. There's a little playground for the little ones.

Green Park is one of my favourite cafes in Melbourne. Not only do they do great coffee and breakfast/lunch by day but it moonlights as a lovely neighbourhood restaurant and bar by night with excellent food and wine.

head here for a glass of wine and lovely dinner (its too busy in the mornings so I wouldn't bother till later)
