This place has been in Sacramento for over 50 years and is one of the best high end Chinese restaurant/bars you will find. It appears to be a hole in the wall but when the door opens be prepared for a beautiful experience.

This is the famous Frank Fats. It's been here for decades and being just a short walk from the Capitol has been a hangout of the legislators and lobbyists for years.
