Sassafras is located right on Clear Creek and offers a nice patio for your breakfast/brunch. Their benedicts are to die for as are their beignets. Get their early on a weekend as there is usually a wait. If that happens take a stroll along the creek while you wait to see kayakers and tubers enjoying the cool waters.

Authentic Cajun food in Golden!? Yes!! There are three Sassafras restaurants in Denver area. And we are the newest. Lucky us!

A top choice among locals but VERY popular. Expect long waits but TOTALLY worth it.
