Style pizzas: true Neapolitan, with a high cornice and a thin disc in the center. Doughs: highly hydrated, long-matured, with mother yeast. Ingredients: large presence of DOP or IGP products (buffalo mozzarella from Battipaglia or mortadella Bologna).
