Benalmádena is a town on southern Spain's Costa del Sol, known for its beaches and Tivoli World theme park. The modern Puerto Marina is home to the Sea Life Benalmádena aquarium and moored yachts. Benalmadena is one of the most lively towns. Its beautiful top coastal views, diverse attractions and traditional chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy the local food, and its proximity to Málaga make it one of the most visited towns in Costa del Sol. Benalmadena Costa has almost 10 kilometers of beach to chose from. From the quiet cove, to the family focused beaches with plenty of activities. The beaches are a mixture of man-made, golden sand and shingle, all are generally well maintained and clean. The Benalmádena Old Town (pueblo) is one of the most emblematic and most charming places of the town . The historic city center and the old city center is located a the top of a hill 250 meters high above the sea and the coast. Drive time from Casa De Ana 30 minutes

Benalmadena is a large area consisting of the Costa (the coast, which is more modern) and the Pueblo (the old town/village). It contrasts between touristy areas like the ports of Benalamdena and Fuengirola and Torremolinos to the traditional white washed villages of Mijas and Benalmadena Pueblos.

Great place to hang out by the harbour. Buzzing at night with a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants. Beautiful Moorish architecture.
