Hike to the Waterfall...approx 2.5 miles and GORGEOUS views. Easy to moderate, not much of a climb...maybe 300 total ft.

Mt Rose has an open space available for hiking in the summer, also cross country skiing/ snow shoeing in the winter, as well as a large sledding area for families.
