Gorgeous boutique hotel and restaurant, and there is another awesome location w/ terrace on Calle Constitucion too. The chef was one of the first ones to take traditional Oaxaca food and make it a bit more gourmet. Pricey

It’s not easy living up to the mantle of Oaxaca's best restaurant, but this place consistently achieves. A glamorous rooftop terrace, theatrical tableside preparation, a posh cocktail scene, and an array of ravishing dishes – seared tuna, ceviche in pimiento agua, fish stone soup, duck tacos, and octopus among them. Iron your shirt and make a reservation.

Probablemente el mejor restaurante de comida oaxaqueña fusión en la ciudad. La atención, el servicio, la magnifica terraza lo hacen verdaderamente especial. $$$
