If you're not from New Jersey, you may not be familiar with diners. This cozy little place is near Spring Lake Park and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a diner with a limited menu, so don't expect a fancy dinner. Burgers and fries, chicken wings, Texas weiners (hot dogs with chili sauce, chopped onions, mustard), or pancakes and omelettes in the morning...things like that. After a few power walks around Spring Lake, you might just want to pop into Firehouse Grill for a bite to eat.
