around 1.30pm there is a pelicans feeding. get close to these amazing creatures.the fish and chips shop is must try in the Gold Coast.

This is a flat water beach about 8kms away. Many people walk it or swim. Pelicans feed around 1pm. There is a great fish shop, which sells all kinds of fresh fish, and cooked fish and chips etc., a little on the expensive side though.
