If you cross the big street Tuborgvej you will see the entrance to Mindelunden which is a memorial park for Danish people who died during the Second World War. There is also a small forest with a small pond behind the park.

A memorial park honoring the Danish Resistance during world war 2. It is placed in Ryvangen which was used for executing danish members of the resistance. You will find tombs, monuments and memorials for the fallen resistance which were never found, including the tombs of "Flammen" and "Citronen". There is also 3 bronze casts of the poles which the members of the resistance was tied to, before getting shot. The fastest way to here, is by S-train.

If you are interested in the Danish resitance during WWII Mindelunden is worth a visit. This is a memorial park for the fallen members of the Danish resistance
