Wonderful food...Carolyn's Cafe has been a local favorite. The lines are so worth trying at least once before you leave Redlands. The coffee cake is a must try.

Hands down the best coffee cake you'll ever have. This little diner is set apart from the rest by their signature coffee cake. The more butter the better!
