Partners with the Hearst Family launched their boutique winery on a historic adobe farm property overlooking the Salinas River. While their partner wine tasting room is in San Simeon near Hearst Castle, this is where the estate wine grapes are grown.

Beautiful Spanish style tasting room on quiet river road. I love this area because it’s not typically as busy as the rest of Paso.
