Awesome family owned business. Very walkable to house. Great food and drink offerings. Perfect for a quick bite or sit and enjoy a beverage.

Local coffee shop owned by two brothers who live in the neighborhood. Only 1 block away. Besides coffee, they also have muffins and other baked goods and breakfast burritos. Tons of light - great place to kill time.
