Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

3.5 miles to Turner Falls! Enchanting View Cabin.

Nestled among the mature trees and the beautiful pristine hill/pasture view of the Arbuckles. A perfect setting for a romantic get away for 2 or a family /friends fun day at Turner Falls! Once inside the property, you feel so secluded for the very coveted peace & quiet afforded by the beauty of nature. Only less then 4 miles fromTurner falls, Fried pies and Smoking Jo's, & 6 miles from town for nearest grocery and great coffee at Iron Wolf! A great jumping point for all this natural and fun!

Log Cabin by the Woods, Creek, Mountains, Hot Tub

This ranch cabin is in the middle of the Arbuckle Mts. A creek is 150 feet from the cabin. A shallow 8 x 10 pool is great for cooling off in the summer. The hot tub is hot fall all year. Trails go through the woods, by the creek and up a mountain to a valley overlook. This is a perfect retreat for nature lovers, not partiers. There is enough to do for a memorable vacation! Turner Falls is 9 mi. It is important to read the about the space below so no surprises. ATV info below

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

Beautiful, climate-controlled & fully furnished Treehouse! You will stay in a luxury treehouse with a full bath located on the creek on a 300-acre working farm. Set within seven acres of oak trees, this updated cabin has two shaded decks, living area with TV, and fully equipped and updated kitchen. The back deck has a patio with a nice table, horseshoes, fire pit and pond. Only minutes from Lake Texoma, Cross Timbers hiking trail, wineries, MegaStar casino, and four marinas. Secluded gated property on a private road next to a large ranch where you can watch spectacular sunsets in the evening. All guests must be 25 years old to book.
