Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Eingebettet in einer sehr idyllischen Landschaft auf einem kleinen Hochplateau zwischen Terenten und Pfalzen, genießt man ein Panorama auf den Dürrenstein, den Kronplatz, den Heilig Kreuzkofel bis weit in das Gadertal. Und doch liegt unser Hof sehr zentral: 13 km nach Bruneck, 30 km nach Brixen, 75 km nach Bozen und in 2,5 Std. sind sie am Gardasee oder in Venedig. WLAN vorhanden und ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
